It is full of Colombians and it really helped me to use the words and phrases that I started to hear every day. I bought it a few weeks ago and I am very impressed. I was hoping it would just focus on Colombian slang and be more like a dictionary than anything else, but it was so much more than that. This is a really great book that can help you learn to speak more like a native Spanish speaker and most of the book is about Spanish in general, not just Colombian Spanish. Money well spent. I’ve bought a lot (and I mean a lot) of Spanish books and products, and that’s definitely considering the fact that I only bought it a few weeks ago and I’m very impressed.
